what's going on?

hey guys
this is a bit of an odd post but hopefully someone will relate.

today i've been incredibly hyper. i can't sit still, i'm talking too fast, i can't read because my eyes jump around the page. basically it feels like the whole world is moving too slowly for me. i barely slept last night and i've been getting progressively more...distracted and jumpy and energetci for the past few days.

i'm wondering whether its a different form of anxiety than i'm used to because i have an exam tomorrow or whether its something else.

any ideas?
any advice?

thanks
Beth

It could be that you are stressed and agitated with your exam coming up, has this ever happened to you before? Have you started taking any new medication because those are side effects that I experience? Do you think that it is problematic enough for you to talk to your doctor about it? Take care.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.

Stress can be a very triggering thing and can make moods like a roller-coaster.
If it's causing you a problem hun, speak to your GP and see if he/she has any advice for you.
Take care
