General Medical Question - Urgent - Can't feel anything

I reely need some advice at the moment.. I cut my arm a few times a while ago on the inner side of the lower arm.. as I normally do, I thought I wasnt going that deep, Ive definately had deeper cuts than this before, but when I was making one of the cuts it felt like something inside me 'pinged' or 'snapped'. I thought Id just hit a patch of fat.. and cut a few more times, but there wasnt much blood and there usually is. But the thing is, when I was cleaning myself up and washing the blood away etc.. I realised that now I have reduced movement in some of my fingers on that arms hand. Could the snap I heard have been something like muscle or tendon etc (whatever makes the fingers work) and could I have damaged it??
I reely dont wanna go to a+e.. they have seen so many of my harms that every time I go there they get the duty psych down.
Mebee I just leave it and see if it get better? Only its my writing hand.. and the hand I do most things with...

Eeksa. *Hits stoopid head against wall (hard)*

Save, save, save me.
I can't face this life alone.

Yes, you should absolutley go to A&E. It sounds like you may have hit a tendon, ligament or nerve. This is not something you can just "let heal" on it's own. If you do that the damage could end up being permanent, or getting worse. It needs to be seen to be seen by a doctor to ensure that it heals properly.

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.

Deffo get it seen to hun, it sounds a tad serious, if it's a tendon you certainly need it seen to, and the snapping noise might be just that. Take care x.

On a long enough time line, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
