Because if it is, I know it will be hard but you really have to try to do something to stop this. You dont deserve to be continuously abused in this way. Is there a friend or family member that could go with you to the police, so youre not on your own in all of this?

can you ground yourself? try walking about, look at the things around you. or maybe wrap yourself in a blanket? it can help make you feel safe, which you are, you are safe right now, this second you are safe.

Sweetie, can you talk to a counselor about this? or a therapist? I think they can help you.

Not to go into details I dont like but I can relate to this, going to the police will be soooo hard and will take so much energy but it is sooo the right thing to do love and we are all here to support you and be there for you. This person deserves to be locked up. Please try and go to the police, they will keep you safe, they were excellent with me in my situation. I'm thinking of you.
