I am currently:
Not quite sure.

I blank out, alot. Things feel unreal. A couple people on this site have suggested dissociation to me, but when looking up the symptoms & causes-they don't exactly fit. I'm worse at night, don't remember falling asleep, conversations, the days before, ect. I'll wake up in a panic--for no reason. Randomly will wake up and freak out, not knowing where I am really. Could stress be a factor?

Yes, stress could be a factor. Are there things going on right now that are creating an unusual/extreme amount or anxiety for you?

There is a dissociation assessment questionnaire called the dissociative experiences scale (I think) that you can work through and have assessed by a professional.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
