Back in the system
Wasn't sure where to put this so picked here.
Just wanted to say I am back on medication and back under the care of the metal health people.
I'm struggling big time at the moment, I do not even know what is going on. I have no idea what is real any more and am in such a dark place I just want out. Every day is a battle and I just can't keep fighting on my own any more.
For what it's worth the fluxotine I've been on for 2 month now might as well be smarties, doing nothig at all for me.

hush little baby, don't say a word, and never mind that noise you heard
it's just the beast under your bed, in your closet, in your head

I'm glad you're getting help.
Fluoxetine did nothing for me either, I had to switch.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.
