Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - My abuser lives too close.
I found out yesterday my abuser lives in the same place i do. Its too close for comfort. Im scared and I feel un-safe. I don't feel like i want to go home. I just don't. What if i see him, what if he comes after me? WHAT IF I SEE HIM!! I can't take it. I just can't. My mind is too frail at the moment! I can't cope with him so close. He's ruining my life. He's done it for so long, now this just adds more pressure onto me. I want to get away. So far away from him. He raped me, used me and groomed me for so long. I don't want it to happen again. What if he does it again!
I'm freaking out. Im scared for myself. Im scared. Help. help.

he can't do it again - you are a different person, you know not to fall into the same traps because there's no way you will trust him.. is there anybody you can talk to about this, a parent, a teacher, a psychaitrist? maybe the police, if you are scared about him coming after you again? and if you only just found out - just remember, you havent seen him yet, you're just as unlikely to see him now even though you know he is there :)

ok honey i'm not gonna push the police or i'll be a hypocrite :) but they could help you
is there any way you could move? i mean, how close does he live? what are the chances that you go to the same places?

Pretty close. Thornaby is a small area. I don't know where he lives in Thornaby tho. Which is more scary! I don't live with my fiance no.
