new meds regime, any advice

Hi,
I saw the Psychiatrist yesterday and she changed my meds to see if it would help. Now on top of my 15 mg of olanzapine and 60mg of fluoxetine they have added Clomipramine (cant remember the dose).

I was wondering if anyone here has tried this med and if it helped them??

Ny advice would be greatly appreciated.
