Triggering (SI/OD) - Freaking Step Father Ruins Me
i hate him he reckons hes my dad but he has never been my dad. he has never EVER cared about me, he only likes his little girl and boy, he YELLED AT ME FOR SITTING WITH MY FEET ON THE COUCH AND ITS TRIGGERED ME
He knows about the SH and how fragile i am but its sooo easy to convince him nothing is wrong well - it aint he gets on my back so im going to use HIS razorblades from his shaving sets just to piss him off - he hates me hes never given a toss, he probably only bothered with my SI in the first place so he could protect how he looks to his family - shame isnt it how i dissapoint him
then tries to butter me up with games and goodies - i dont want this anymore and all he ever makes me do it cut myself
so thats what ill do now - to uphold the tradition
fuck life fuck him
its only a matter of time till im 'in bed' and he wont be able to stop the pain and the blood
(this is more of a rant.. but i dont care anybody else got a stupid step dad who says he cares???)

i've got an annoying step mom if that counts.... she tries to be my mom but she never will be....
dont try and get him back... it'll just stress your already fragile relationship you have with him, try and sit down with him and tell him how you feel about him, i did that with my step mom and she doesnt bother me anymore trying to be my mom and treats me more like an adult now...

Look hun, trying to get him back isn't gonna help the situation. Nor is cutting.
All I can suggest is that you sit down and tell him how he makes you feel, how he triggers you etc. If you don't think you can actually say this to his face, then maybe write him a letter?
