Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - I want to tell

So this has been on my mind a lot lately. Is it possible to be molested if you are over the age of 18? because if i look it up on the interent i can't seem to find information.

another thing is.... i know i didnt fight or say no. I froze... and thinking now i think i was scaried if i said something he would get rough. My mind was thinking no but i dont know if my body gave signals that told him i enjoyed it.

A guy friend came over to hang out. he started tickling me. and he put his hand down my pants and inserted his fingers into me. the incident last like 20 minutes. i think i might have even had a orgasm. so he might of thought i enjoyed what he was doing. I couldnt seem to say anything. I felt so violated.. after the incident i took a long hot shower and cry and cry.

I dont care if whether what he did was considered wrong or... i was still hurt by it. I want to start talking about it, its been over two years. but i'm scaried that they will think he did nothing wrong and i have no reason to feel the way i do.

Any thoughts?

it's no called molestation after the age of 18, can't remember what it is called though... but yes, it can happen after 18.
but in reality the label of what happened is not important, the legal definitions are FULL of "grey areas" anyway... what is important is that it's obviously effected you, you've been violated, made vulnerable and hurt... and that's what's important. A lot of people freeze what these sorts of things happen... just because you didn't push him away or whatever doesn't mean that he wasn't in the wrong...

Shadow is right - the details would really only matter if you were trying to put together a court case. If it hurt and upset you and you are still dwelling over it, then you may need - and have a right to - help
