ive been under camhs for a yearish now and they are rubbish

they recently refered me to a place in chester as i ended up in hospital

this place think i have bpd...but cant diagnos eyet coz of age and what not

tahts the background so yehh

for a whileow i ahve been feeling like im watching myself do stuff...sometimes just everyday stuff, sometimes more unusual stuff

its rely wierd, and been geting to me

and suggestions of what it might be....or am i just wierd

i think if it's nothering you, you should tell CAMHS and ask them for help. i think what you describe can be a symptom of BPD but i'm not sure, so don't quote me on that!

i have....whenever i tell them stuff that may require her to do atual wotk, she changes teh subject. like last week i went to her nd said "i dont think my meds are working" so she said "so what about a revision timetable"

i duno whta to do about my MH coz they dont help me coz they just cba

could you look into changing who ou see? that really doesn't sound very good practise. maybe tell your GP and ask if anything can be done. if you felt up to it you could look into makign a complaint, there should be a procedure to follow, maybe your parents would help with that. do try telling her what's been going on though, and see if this time she listens.

i did a few weeks ago, and there isnt anything they cant do, coz im under camhs they are rely reluctant

have you spoken to anyone at CAMHS about how you feel about their treatment? there's an association called PALS you could ask about, they cam help you if you're having problems with CAMHS. why don't you want to go to your appointment today?

yeh...my rents wint let em contact pals... and i have told them...but they probs think im saying it coz im a nutter

could you conatct tehm without your parents support? you deserve to have your voice heard at the very least and PALS will take what you say seriously - that's what they're there for
