Overdose/ Self-Poisoning Question - No effects

HEy
ok so thursday night was a complete rutt at home and i ended up in a different town.
I took an OD of ibruprofen and have had no effects since. Should i expect any effects in the next few days or do they not effect you?
Looked on the net and couldnt find any info so was wondering if anyone could fill me in...

It would dpend on the quantity you ha taken.
How do you know that they had no effect? Not all effects have a side effect that you can feel.
They may have done damage internally which you are unaware of.
