If you can, pick up a book or two from a local bookstore or a site like amazon. There are a lot of really helpful tips in some of them. Look into thinks like mindfulness and grounding techniques. If you're interested, I'm sure there's some of us that could tell you more about those two things, just ask. Positive self talk can be helpful.
