To use live help you don't have to sign up, you just click on it when someone is online and hopefully then you'll be able to speak directly to a supporter. It's used if you need emotional support.

To be on the other side of it you have to be an experienced supporter.

Do you mean that you'd be interested in being a supporter, or using live-support?

If you want to use live-support, just click on it and get chatting!
As for becoming a supporter, just get posting, supporting members, and know RYL.
