most people would think that painful cramps in the hands and wrists is a sign i've been playing too much World of Warcraft, that the delicate manipulation of the keyboard over the long periods of time have gotten to my muscles and tendons. and that perhaps I should take a break of a day or so from said game.
but not me. I get some tiger balm, smear it on when the cramps start and MY GOD, its fantastic. all the little aches and pains just go away thanks to that stuff.
totally worth the price.

Any one know where I can buy it? I've shut my ebay account down 'cos I was spending too much money on it. Do you think it would stop my left hand cramping when I play my violin?
haha that makes me remember when mybrother was at school (a few years back now), all the kids used to put tiger balm underneath their eyes to make them look like they'd been crying so they'd get sent out of class. Well, my brother being a complete tw*t, got it in his eye and had to be taken to a&e!!
Oh well, at least it got him out of class so i guess it was a success!! lol x

Tiger balm is amazing! My friend always carries it around for some reason and at the slightest mention of a headache he'll whip it out and offer it to me lol but I never knew where you could get it from =\
Ive been looking everywhere for tiger balm, and was told that it wasn't made anymore :(

My mate swears by it lol. He collects weapons and trains with them so he is always using it on bruises and cuts and i use it when i get cramps in my back
