what does the online/ live help do?

Hi there :)
The online/live help button can allow you to get into contact with the supporters, who you can talk to when you're experiencing difficult times. These guys are wonderful, they volunteer their time to try and help people through difficult times.

I have used the live help supporters a few times and I find them very helpful! Sometimes just having someone to talk to and listen can help big time!!!
