I am currently:

depression-need support
just needing some support , im going through a rough patch with my depression, not sure whats triggered it, im having counselling and am on medication but im just struggling atm, everything just seems hard to deal with, i feel like a loser for not being sociable and for going to stay with my parents but i really cant handle things..any suggestions about how to deal with this would be much appreciated:)

Therapy and medication takes a while to see results. The usual approach is to increase your support group (therapist, family, friends, etc.) and get rid of stressors when possible. I know this is not always possible but you and your counselor can work on ways of managing the stressors that you can't get rid of.
I don't know if this will help but when there's an obstacle that's weighting me down I ask myself the question, is this something I'm going to remember in 5 years. If the answer is no, then it's probably something I shouldn't let overcome me. If the answer is yes then thats probably something that therapy would be helpful for.

celebrate your acheivements - I don't mean to be patronising because I go through phases like that as well - but if it's hard to get out of bed & face the world then be proud of yourself when you manage that, don't beat yourself up for not being the life & soul of the party. You're getting help and that's great, it will just take some time to show. In the meantime well done for keeping going. you're not a loser you just need some rest & recovery time.

I know what it's like. Ive been to counseling and phsycoligists but most of them I didnt like talking to. If it's financially possible I would suggest seeing other counselers until you find someone that you really like. Someone that can relate to you.

Sometimes all you can do is take things one day at a time and focus on getting through the day. Use all of the support that you have and try to do lots of nice things for yourself. Even if you feel like you have no energy it's a good idea to try and keep busy and get some exercise. I hope things get better for you soon. Take care.
