social services high risk register...whats it mean?
ive been put on it because of my mental health recently, but i dont know what it means. No one's told me, i read it on my care plan/risk assesement. I know its obviously what it says on the tin but what does it mean for me? Anyone any ideas?

its pretty much the same as the child protection register,only the one you have been put on is for "vunerable adults".

I think its probably similar to the 'at risk register' young children are put on when there is suspicions in the way they are being treated.
