ok so i ordered a bracelet from here about a month ago and i know for a while the shop was really backed up and i was just wondering if is still backed up or something because the money has gone out my bank.

sorry tony i havent pmed you yet but its because it hasnt come yet... i swear the postmen who does my area just decides not to give us our post.

i had already pmed tony about it and in the last one from him he asked me to pm when i got it and i havent got it so didnt want to pm him incase it came across as being annoying.

Well, it's obviously been sent and sorted out, and you're just waiting on the post now.

Give it a bit longer, and if it doesn't come still then start investigating with royal mail perhaps. It may have, unfortunately, gotten lost in the post. Have you been receiving all your normal post alright?
Sometimes these things take time, and if Tony's sent it off then RYL has done all they can.

we assume we've been getting all our post but then again if we werent we wouldnt know lol but our postmans really really old and he normally gives us otherpeoples post so im pretty sure he does it with ours aswell ..... he really should think about retiering .... the place i live is one of the first on his rounds and it takes him until 11am to get to us and starts 9am so hes like jerasic (cant spell it but the dinosor period)

Have you still not got it, Sponge? Obviously RYL can't control the post, though God knows we spend enough on it!

But we do have a basic principle when it comes to Shop orders: no-one is to feel ripped off or in any way cheated - we're here to provide support (and the income deriving from the Shop barely covers the cost of the server being hosted which is a cost we absolutely have to face up to.)

So, PM me again with details of your order (including size for bracelets) and let me have a name and address to send to. I'll then get a further package off to you, but will again ask for confirmation that you've received it. I had hoped that this was all settled by now, but it's not your fault if the Post Office has failed again.
