What to expect?
I know this has probably been asked many a time so sorry for that but i have my first ever appointment with mental health team tomorrow and i really don't know what to expect, its at a part of the hospital that is specially for mental health, is it going to be just like a normal appointment with waiting rooms and an office? What will happen when i get there? Will there be a million people it says the doctors and mental health nurse, i dont have a letter because it was kind of a sudden thing (i was norty at the weekend).
ive never had any kind of links wiht mental health professionals and i feel a bit nervous :/ whats going to happen in my world from here...

they will ask lots of questions about how you feel and all about your life, to try and get a sense of what is going on for you and how they can best help you.

ok i think :/ they have asked me to do a self referal to special services, and go back to see the CPN next week,
the service they have refered me to is for personailty disorders but for a minute there i thoguht they were going to lock me up! i was cacking myself!!
thanks for the support xx i just have to wait to hear back from the services now
