Heya, u must be going through a living hell just now. Have you spoken to the police about your concerns.
Just try and take all reasonable precautions that u can, but the chances of you being in any danger are virtually minimal, because scum like this are cowards and he won't want to be recognised, so i dont thing he'll come within a mile of you! But for your own peace of mind i'd talk to your local police about your concerns.
Let me know if i can be of any help,
Take Care,
Craig

yeah maybe just tell the police, "hey this happened to me x amount of time ago and i just wanted to report it in case it can help you with the current rapes". tell them all the details if you haven't already and ask how you should protect yourself.
do you have a counselor to talk to about your fears? those types of flashbacks/fears can be so overwhelming that even when you are safest you don't feel so. (not saying that's currently the case) but you'll need to talk it out for a long time cause something so horrible takes a while to quit feeling that kind of extreme fear. stay safe and tell anyone if you feel threatened at all. *hugs*

They'll believe you. And they'll appreciate you giving a tip. When there's something like that going on, they'll appreciate ANY tip. They know victims of rape get scared and don't report it. Honestly, I think they'll really appreciate any help. It's up to you, but I think you'd feel safer if you reported it. They may not be able to do anything legal about it, but it might help them figure out if it's the same person or not and it might ease your own mind.

It might not be him, but if you go to the police it might help ease your fears and they can give you a realistic idea of whether it's likely him or not.
