maybe eat lots of things you really like rather then whole meals.
A chocolate bar or slice of cake would be better then nothing at all.
Also don't put any pressure on yourself to eat a certain amount just do it as and when you feel comforable. Otherwise you may just bring the anxiety up more and then it will just make it harder *hugs*
Slow and steady x
i wouldn't recommend this as a replacement for food, at all, but as a nutrient supplement you could try Complan or something similar. that should provide you with vitamins you're missing. also, like katiee said, try eating little and often.
very importantly though, is trying to find a way to deal with the anxiety. i know it's a bit stupid to say that because if you could, you would, but i just wanted to add that because it's important to remember the cause and try and work with that.
i am having exactly the same thing at the mo, my depression is sooooo bad that im just not hungry. the thing i have found most helpful is to organised with my food and making sure i have stuffed made up, even if it is small and then you dont have to go to any effort to make it, just to eat it

If you can drink something like fortisip, it might help you as a short-term solution. How about stuff like smoothies? You can put supplement powders in them too.
Try to eat too, whenever you can. Try carrying food with you at all times, and eat it whenever you think you can stomach it. Sometimes when I have trouble eating, I eat really bland food, like soda crackers and bread.
For a long-term solution though, try talking to your doctor about all this.
Take care,
Amy
