if you're in England they surely have the responsibility to teach you. if they think you're not safe enough to be in school, i.e. they think the environment is too stressful for you and there isn't enough specialist help, then they should really refer you to somewhere that can. there are schools for people who have mental health problems and can't manage in the school-system. they can't just leave you?
i'm sorry you've been suspended from school and miss it.
that said, sorry, i've just read that you're doing A-levels, so i guess they don't have a responsibility to teach you now. college is often a better environment for people who can't cope with school though, i know it is for me. could you consider doing a college course? there's usually a lot more choice of things to do, a bit less pressure, and nice people too. and you're really young - you have loads of time to get better and get back on track.
in the meantime, maybe ring your psychologist and give her a bit of a kick up the bum in a "remember me?" way! xxx
