Overdose/ Self-Poisoning Question - What Are The Effects ?

Okay, cause some idiot - well my mum) took my knife away, I've started OD'ing. I know its stupid but I really need to know what are the effects ODing can have ? It was my first OD last night, I've been getting constant headaches, really dodgy stomach pains - no it aint a period) & I was feeling really sicky all last night although I never actually threw up. But I couldn't stomach anything last night at all. HELP !

Thank You !

ODing can have numerous affects.
If you want to pm me with what you took, i might be able to advise you better.

However, what about consdering some differnt alternatives to OD'ing. Have you tried holding ice instead? What about drawing your feelings?

like said the effectgs depend on what u took as does the long term damage. any od can be worrying and have perminant effects. it is bast to get checked out by a doctor who should be able to rule out .long term damage.

They can have all sorts of dangerous effects, it's really not a good idea to begin overdosing.
They can create serious damage both short and long term.
Try and take care of yourself <3.
