Triggering (Suicide) - Whats going to happen??

Last week, I ended up in hospital after having too much to drink and being found lost, i told the doctor how i really felt and they reffered me to the crisis team, in a nut shell i told the doctor that i wanted to harm myself and he suggested i stay in and wait for the crisis team, which i didn't do, i've got to see them for the first time today and i'm scared.
what are they going to do???

Ive only had three or four experiences with crisis tems.. but they were so so nice.
they tend to just sit down with you and have a chat about how youre feeling, what youre thinking etc.
They'll probably pass on their report of what youve said onto the mental health team, who will then try and assess what, if any other help you need.

I dont know if everyones experiences have been the same as mine, but i honestly found them really nice, and really easy to talk to.

Also, because i was so lonely and stuff, they used to phone at about 8pm every evening to see how i was and what i had been doing.

I hope it went ok just be honest with them because they are used to this and if you can open up to them they can try get you the right help and keep you safe. They are there to help so make sure you use it.
