I'm sorry to hear things are really tough for you today. Is there anyone you can contact who can be with you for a bit, or alternatively I think you should seek help from A&E. It all sounds very scary for you and a suggestion like A&E must be very scary too but it's important you take steps to keep yourself safe when you feel so very unsafe.

Has something triggered you to end up with things getting a lot worse, like the cutting? We are all here to support you sweetheart. Thinking of you. xx
