I really don't know what to say to help you out here but i'm so sorry about it all.
Stay strong sweetie.
I'm going to find it really hard aswell as it means i have to be around my mum which i am finding really hard right now as so many of my bad memories include her treating me like sh*t.

I know its hard but you need to try keep yourself distracted on the day is there anyone you could stay around who can help keep you safe.
Od'ing is so dangerous even if you not doing it to kill yourself I don't know the reasons why you baby was taken away but od'ing will not help you get her back. You can get through this, you need to be strong.
You are definately not the only one who finds the day hard, I do but for different reasons.
If you need anything feel free to pm me.
Take care of yourself sweetie
xx
You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.
I'm so sorry. Whatever happened, I think the best thing you can do is think of it this way: Mother's day is about celebrating being a mother. And whether your baby is with you or not, you're still a mother. It's awful that she can't be with you right now, but I think you have to take some strength from it. They can take her away, but you're still her mother and you're prepared to fight for her and prove to everyone that you can be a great mum and that you can care for her.
I think you can survive the day by keeping that in mind - that yes the situation is terrible, but there's still hope and just imagine how great it will be when you have her back rather than thinking about the fact that she's not there right now. Overdosing on sedatives is not the way to go. There's always a chance that even if you don't intentionally take enough to kill yourself, you could stop breathing and end up brain-damaged or dead. Or end up with kidney or liver damage. It's not worth the risk.
Take care
