i dont know what to do.

for the past while. maybe a month or so. i have been feeling really down and depressed. i feel like nothing matters and there is absolutley no point to anything and i just want to stay home in my room alone because i have nothing to do or anywhere to go and nobody to be with.

ive just been hiding it for the past while i just dont know how much longer i can keep it up because i dont want the people i know to know. i dont know how to deal or cope

I think most of us have went through something similar to this before. I know I've had my hermit stages when feeling depressed. But I'd say if it's been a month or so, don't say "sometime", say "as soon as possible" - the next time you see him. The thoughts you've described are definitely part of the diagnosis for Depression, and IIRC, if the symptoms persist for more than two weeks (may be more, but certainly at the most a month) then you should be going to a doctor about it.

If I Recall Correctly. Just a heads up that it's information I haven't needed for a couple of years, so it could be very off.

But yes, please do. It's the hardest step, but the first one always is. And then, you'll hopefully be on the road to beating the cycle. :D

thanks for the posts and thoughts. it means allot! i have a good relationship with my dad and he notices that ive been allot more hermity now that ive moved my room downstairs. but i llike it... dont know why... i wana be able not fell like that around ppl. wana have fun. thanks again for the thoughts n i gona talk 2 my dad very soon

Hey, I'm sorry you're feeling like this.
If you're feeling low all the time, please talk to someone about how you're feeling. Maybe a family member, a teacher, a school counsellor, a doctor ect. You can get through this. :] Take care. xo.

thanks. i talked to my dad today and he said we r gona go to the doctors next week and talk to him bout it n my sleeping problem aswell thanks for all the comments :)
