voices....

how do you go against the wish of the voices and the demands that they make on you? Because they are jeopardising my chances of help. they are so insistent and angry with me and want bad things for me and i cant go against them for fear of them wanting something worse....thank you

I hear voices too so i can relate to what you say,

I try to ignore them and distract myself.

I understand it ain't easy , but it's worth a try xx

im currently in the process of getting help, i have managed to tell someone about the voice but when it came to all the questions about her she wouldnt let me talk.
do try and tell someone and get some help because it cant be nice for you, im not sure about the whole ignoring the voice thing as im struggling with that too, but would writing it down help? just a suggestion.
