No ta !!!! just no . I am at the moment at the best place i have been in for ages !!!

and this is stupid !! my cpn will be here in 21 mins to come and pick me up.
for me to go and sit in a room and say nothin .
yer i still am well paranoid but i can kina cope with that my self

i dont need to go !!!! grrrrr stupidness

i actually like the doctor !! :)
hes actually nice and i think i can do it next time hes going to come to my house so i feel more comfatable !!
i have another appointment in may ! maybe i could actually talk to him !

i am so happy .
The doctor was nice to me.
He knew that i didnt like not knowing where i was .
so he let me search on google maps to find out where we was and i was much happier
also my cpn i felt that i was able to talk to her a bit better when we was away with out any distractions :)
its looking up yay
