*Cuddles you* Im very sorry your feeling this way and that things are so difficult for you. Your not a let down at all. Can you explain in more detail about why you feel your a let down? People help you and support you because they care about you. Please dont beat yourself up and please dont be so hard on yourself. You havent messed up and things will get better.
We all really care about you, none of us want to see you get hurt and we certainly dont want anything bad to happen to you. Are you able to talk to us some more about what it is thats making you feel this way? Whats happening for you? Do you have any proffessional supoport? Dont give up, things wont be like this forever, the more sessions you have with her the better you will get to know her and you will start to trust her more. What is it that you dont trust her with? We are all here for you.

ive just starting seeing another therapist, sorta being forced to. we havent got very far yet tho. she seems nice but ive got really big trust issues and my thoughts are all jumbled up and i just dont know how to express them, sometimes

i dont know why everyone keeps saying that they're there for me, or why they'd want to help me, in the past so many ppl have stabbed me in the back and let me down that i feel like that's what should happen, thats also why i have trust issues
Monsoon - idk whats making it this bad really, since my third sui attempt three weeks ago things are just getting worse and worse and im cutting everyday and just feel like im beyond help and a dissapointment.
