stopped eating properly?
Ok, I'm not a big eater anyway, never have been. Normally I'll have one decent meal (two sausages and some chips for example) and maybe two or three snacks throughout the day. Thing is though since I've started cutting and my mood's been flat and empty and stuff, I honestly can't remember I've had a decent meal. Mind I have a horrendous short term memory. I don't think I'm fat or anything, well not so much, I haven't stopped eating in an attempt to lose weight. It's more I just don't feel like food or anything to do with food. Is that like, a normal thing to happen if I'm cutting and possibly depressed or something? Just I have a doctors appointment coming up and want to sort out what needs to be mentioned and what doesnt. It's going to be hard enough telling her that I cut and try and work out the reason behind it, let alone adding to it stuff that is just unrelated. If that makes sense >.<

that's a good idea *hugs* thanks. I tend to think clearer with the written word rather than the spoken word. Ugh it's going to be quite a long list. My mum will get suspicious at how long it will likely be I reckon. I just wont let her come in. Made that mistake once. Tonight I'm cooking two sausages, nothing else, which is the most I've had... well at least for the last three days. Although I'm mildly hungry I've passed out from not eating before so I don't want that to happen again >.<

:) I know that's why I'm forcing myself to eat something. Yesterday i forgot but yesterday I had a crap day. I don't think I'll pass out, I've just been tired lately but that could be low iron too cause I've been boarderline anemic all my life, it's something I'm used to. Well, I manage. Maybe it'll start to get better after I go to the doctors and I'll stop feeling so down.

ok, i would definately mention it, as it could well be related. But don't worry too much because they will generally ask you about your appetite etc, if you go in with issues concerning sh, depressiony stuff!
When i first went to the docs (long time ago now), i took a list, but kept it in my hand kind of like a comfort thing, and i didnt need to use it in the end.... but good luck however you decide to face it, and don't worry about what your mums thinking/ if she's getting suspicious whatever.... like you said, hopefully this is the start of feeling better!

Heyya,
I'm exactly like you. I don't eat much and only eat one meal a day with a snack or two throughout the day. Hmmm, Maybe start eating a meal again even if you can only eat a little bit and try and built it up again? I think it's good that you have a doctors appointment coming up because you ask her about it, she'd be the best one to get advice from. Take care. xx
