shop order

I ordered one of the pretty Hematite RYL Bracelet's the other day and it came today, along with my other bracelet I ordered, only my black one doesnt look like it does in the picture :S
I dont know if I'm being completely stupid or what, but mine is just plain black beads, I thought it was supposed to have the RYL beads too?
anyone please help?

If don't think what you got is what you ordered , I think you should e-mail them or PM harley's dad .

I don't think it is meant to be all black if you ordered a RYL one.

Made with superb Hematite beads and new metal RYL beads. Many people believe Hematite alleviates depression when worn, and being semi precious it makes these bracelets very nice to wear.

So you're right in thinking it should come with the RYL beads - as it states it in the description.
As stated above your best bet is to PM Harleys Dad as he is the one who deals with the shop orders.

thanks for the help everyone, I didnt know if I was just reading it wrong or what :S
also the bracelet is hugely too big, yet the others of the same size I have fit perfect...weird
maybe ... I got a dud one?

I've PM'd you. Unfortunately we can no longer get the RYL beads to allow us to make up the bracelets as shown in the Shop photo. I'm asking Harley to amend the Shop photos accordingly.

As for your case, it's money-back time if you want it, or the re-sized hematite bracelet I've already PM'd you about.
