Triggering (SI) - im kinda freaking out...

today my best friend is having a party and all our friends are going to be there and im freaking out cuz im afraid they will find out that i cut and i would just normally wear a long sleeve shirt or like jacket. but its a hawaiin theme and everyone is going to wear hula skirts and bikini tops...
also none of the people there cut or no that i do. and im like so afraid someone will see my arm. which is kinda horrible looking.......

anyone got any ideas??

do you have cuts or scars on your arms?
if they're scars you could use some sort of concealer to hide them, but don't use conceler on open wounds.

if they are open wounds, could you bange them and think of some excuse, like, 'i fell over into a rose bush and my arms got scratched to pieces'?!
okay, bad excuse, but i'm sure you could tihnk of a better one!!

if you can't do that, would you be able to wear a bright coloured top or shawl over your arm?
you could probably find some nice big brightly coloured ones somewhere that would hide it.

could you just wear like a vest top and wear a shirt or jacket undone over the top of it? and if anyone asks just say that you're cold??

iftheyre scars, could you use concealer but spray over the top with hairspray so it doesnt come off?
or, lots of bracelets.

i figured out that i can just wear some of those flowery lei bracelets. and since its a hawaii/beach party no one will get suspicious.
