This may be pointless I apologise .

So i was on Penfluridol (Semap, Micefal) - 20 mg a week.

Before that i was on Perphenazine ,

I quit having it 5 months a go or so..

If i go back into pyschotherapy would my psych up the doses?

I mean,...i was struggling with the ones i had.

The side affects are just horrible..

I'm making a pointless thread,

Should be labled as rant,
I'm sorry i apologise.

If you didnt want to, no-one can force you. A psychologist wont do that anyway, it would be a psychiatrist, and they would listen to your views.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.

Sometimes therapy can allow you to lower the dose of your meds, with the support of your psychiatrist of course.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
