Threads accesible from google after deleting

I had a thread with the label sexual abuse a while ago but deleted it as was scared of people finding it.

After deleting it my friend unknowingly decides to google my general username in school and guess what comes up at the top? (She typed in 'Steeph ryl'.

It doesn't show the thread when you click on it but you can see what it's about from the description and the title on google. Is there any way I can delete it completely as now my friend knows about it and I can't believe it =//.

Nope. If Google has it it's because the google search engine spiders "saw" it before it was deleted. It's not something RYL can control. Maybe try e-mailing google?

I had the same problem.

I deleted it, and after a few weeks it went away, although my name is also a song title and links for lyrics and the such probably just overtook it instead of it actually disappearing. Good luck :\

Google will cache its search results until such time as its spiders revisit RYL and discover that these pages are missing. Only then will references to those pages in Google be removed from the cache.

As mentioned above, this is something we have no control over I'm afraid.
