I am not sure

" Schizophrenia Symptoms

Usually with schizophrenia, the person's inner world and behavior change notably. Behavior changes might include the following:

  • Social withdrawal
  • Depersonalization (intense anxiety and a feeling of being unreal)
  • Loss of appetite
  • Loss of hygiene
  • Delusions
  • Hallucinations (eg, hearing things not actually present)
  • The sense of being controlled by outside forces
A person with schizophrenia may not have any outward appearance of being ill. In other cases, the illness may be more apparent, causing bizarre behaviors. For example, a person with schizophrenia may wear aluminum foil in the belief that it will stop one's thoughts from being broadcasted and protect against malicious waves entering the brain.
People with schizophrenia vary widely in their behavior as they struggle with an illness beyond their control. In active stages, those affected may ramble in illogical sentences or react with uncontrolled anger or violence to a perceived threat. People with schizophrenia may also experience relatively passive phases of the illness in which they seem to lack personality, movement, and emotion (also called a flat affect). People with schizophrenia may alternate in these extremes. Their behavior may or may not be predictable. "

i feel i relate to some of those symptoms ....

idk ...sometimes i dont even make sense or anything

Just because you may beable to relate to some of the symptoms, doesn't necessarily mean you have it.
No one here at RYL can diagnose you, your best bet is to go and see your GP who may refer you to your local Mental Health Services.

Goodluck.

You posted practically an identical thread to this one a few weeks ago, and you stated you had no psychosis or delusions, both of which are prominent in diagnosing schizophrenia.

I can indentify with some of those symptoms but it doesnt mean I have it.

Speak to your psychiatrist or doctor about it, no-one here is going to diagnose you.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.

Sweetie this is clearly worrying you maybe like the others have said it might be a good idea to go and speak to your doctor about it as only they can diagnose what is wrong with you.

Schizophrenia is a very serious illness. If you are relating to symptoms of schizophrenia you really need to seek professional advice/help of some sort. I don't believe self-diagnosing is a good idea, but to recognize you have symptoms of something in my opinion is good. Recognizing symptoms is often the first step to obtaining help, because it helps you realize you need it.

Whether you have schizophrenia or not, you likely need support if you are experiencing unpleasant symptoms. Don't be afraid to seek help. You can go to your GP or a mental health center in your area.

As everybody has said, no-one here can diagnose you but I do want to reassure you. I have many of those symptoms, including hallucinations - mainly voices but sometimes see things - but I do not have schizophrenia. If you are thinking that you have the illness it shows that you have insight into what is happening and you would not usually have such an insight with such an illness.

Talk to your dr hun.
