I am currently:
What to do??? ... help? *triggering maybe*

Im still breaking down
Nothing is helping
I have tried LH and everything
But its not made me feel any better

I am still so triggered
the voices are still loud.

Things have really kicked off recently
Including my best friend getting with my ex.
She knew everything that happened in the relationship with me and him

WHY WOULD SHE GET WITH HIM????

He will only hurt her
I just really cant deal.

Im in a mess and hurting so much

I am really bad atm

LH said i need to seek help

But i cant

Why can't you seek help? Do you have a psych or someone you could get in touch with and ask for support?

Hey Lovely,

Sorry to hear that things aren't going great for you at the moment. LH, like any other form of support can't give you a magical cure to make things feel better, as I am sure that you know. I guess I'm wondering if you can identify how bad things are for you at the moment; why you don't want to do anything about it? I think it is superub that you reached out here and to LH, but I would agree with the supporter that you spoke with in saying that help is something that you should probably consider seeking.

what about calling a crisis line?

I know that the notion of admiting to people in your "real" world that things aren't great, and that you aren't feeling well is extremely difficult. I think there comes a point where we have to question ourselves of whether our judgement over the situation is really clear and rationale? I hope that you decide to let someone know what is going on for yourself. Clearly there is part of you that doesn't want to go on feeling this way, and wants out.

Please take care of yourself, and know that we are here.
