To everyone here on RYL that I usually talk to or post to,

I'm sorry I haven't been around properly. The Voices and paranoia are taking me over a bit, leaving me speechless and unable to post properly or give proper advice.

I'm not ignoring you all at RYL.

I just need some time to get myself sorted.



PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Dont worry Steel. We all understand it's difficult, time out to help yourself sounds like a very good idea.

Did your psychiatrist appointment go well yesterday?

Thanks guys, you're so kind to me.

My psych appointment wasn't very useful. I didn't tell her much about what's been going on.

I'm making a list for the next appointment.

Hey Steel you dont need to be sorry and it sounds like your making a real effort to keep busy and also to get things back on an even keel for yourself.

Well done.

And dont worry about not being around.

Miss you but understand that people need to take time out sometimes and just want you to look after yourself.

im also sorry about the psych appointment but hope it will be better next time with the list and all [i think the list is a really positive idea by the way, well done!].

Please try and take care and look after yourself as best you can and i hope you start to feel better soon.

And feel free to keep talking when you feel able/upto it/want to.

Thanks. I didn't touch the alcohol in the end because I fell asleep.

I will see on Monday if my psych will e-mail me back. She's not very efficient with reading e-mails, from experience.

I am listening to some heavy music to block the Voices out, because its getting to the point where I want to give up.
