Do you know why you're feeling this way? Or is that a stupid question because I know that sometimes EVERYTHING and NOTHING can get me down and make me not want to be alive nomore. And it must be so overwhelming and hard with not being able to see your friend! I'm so sorry -cuddles-...
Is there anyone you can talk to who will keep you safe and distracted? Do you have anyone professional you can call?? What are the voices saying, are they saying nasty things to you?

Can you drown them out with anything,
like music? I suffer from schizophrenia so I know just how hard it is to have to deal with voices talking to you and saying cruel things. Is there anything you can do to distract yourself?

Sweetie, why aren't you allowed to see your friend?
Can you ring your therapist if you have one, or your GP?

Try changing music? I know my friend finds that different genres of music help with her schizophrenia at different times.

I know how hard it is to see friends connected to all the wires and tubes, but every wire and every tube is there to help her. It looks like one big monster but it's a monster that she needs right now.
