is a good page describing some stages in recovery, and what might happen in therapy. I find it really helpful. Its comforting to know I am not alone in what I suffer.

Thanks for this. I've had trouble finding anything decent on complex PTSD.... PTSD is easy enough, but complex PTSD seems to be rarely written about. This looks like it could be reallly helpful. x

And, 'Trauma and Recovery' by Judith Herman is The book on Complex PTSD.
