Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - He is going to hurt me..... triggering

.....I am sorry if this post is long winded but i need help please.

I met a guy around a month ago and to cut a long story short, he forced me to have sex with him, he had my arms pinned down to the bed and it really hurt. But whats scaring me more is that now he knows where i live, he has my number as well and has texted me to say that in march he is coming down to my flat and said "if i refuse sex, than it could get very messy".

I dont want to change number cuz i need to know where he is etc for my safety and i cant go to the police as they have been very unhelpful in the past and i am not on good terms with them (not for crimes or anything, its complicated, but the police r in the wrong)

Im so scared and dont know what to do, im sorry if this post doesnt make any sense, i just have no one to talk to at all.

I cant as i just got this flat after being in a psychiatric hospital for 7 years. I moved out last week, but still have day care at the hospital, i get on really well with the staff as i have known them all for 3 years (was currently in 3 other hospitals before that for 4 years) but i cant talk to them about this. Am i to blame? im really confused.

hun you need to tell someone and get somewhere safe. of course it is not your fault, maybe you should tell the people at the hospital.

You are not to blame!
You have done nothing wrong love, he is in the wrong but you need to talk to someone who can help you get out of that situation.
Even if you have only just got this flat your safety is more important.
