Going It Alone...
Well i made a doctors appointment for Monday. But im terrified I wont go through with it. Im terrified of going. Having to tell them I stopped taking my antidepressants is scary. Just going in general is scary. I hate it. How do people cope with doctors appointments? I get myself so worked up about them!!!

I´d tell you to not lie to your doctor, but I do the same, so...
I also get to scared so I can´t say that I stopped my meds for 2 weeks.
But try to take someone with you. I´m sure that some of your friends would love to go. It´s a really good opportunity to become closer of a friend.

If you feel it's difficult to say what you need to, write a few things down on a piece of paper (bullet points not a long letter) and hand it to your doctor.
I find the doctors scary, but I just have to get on and do it. I leave it to the last minute to sit in the waiting room so I'm only there about five minutes before being called it. It's easier that way.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.

Well done for making the appointment, I hope that you are able to be honest with your doctor because it is really important, that way you can get the right support for you. I usually try to keep myself distracted until the time comes, there's no point in getting worked up about something that isn't happening yet. Take care and let us know how you get on.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

It's your choice whether you take your anti-depressants or not so you shouldn't be scared of the doctors reaction. It's up to you how you treat your own illness, they are just there to help.
I definitely agree with the writing things down.
Some doctors won't read lists and will instead ask you to read it out and say what the problem/s are at the current time instead as it gives them a clearer picture of what treatments if any should be discussed.
Good Luck!
