Idiot dosen't come close

I'm in a job i love for the first time in my life and i could loose it all because i lost it big time at work. The one thing i thought i had under control i lost for the first time really in years and i thought i would never snap like that again but it had all built up every little thing from being refused holiday i needed to customers taking the piss, then there was him he was winding me up by calling me names and he was doing it all night. It turned out for him in the wrong place at the wrong time when i snapped and i grabed him by the throat after warning him to stop many times that night that i was in a foul mood and i was ready to hit someone but he thought i was joking so he pushed it and pushed it and i lost it. I know there is no excuse for what i did but i can't turn back time and change things.

I've explained it to them and we both have been suspened indefitnetly (sp?) until they have spoken to people who saw what happened then they will decide what to do.
