Triggering (Suicide) - im not feeling well *kinda urgent*

i dont know what got into me, i just have this thought of killing myself today. i cought myself thinking about the way i would do it and eliminated the ways. i dont have anyone else to talk to. its like an impulse, like i need to do it. sorry if this upsets anyone.i dont mean to do that, im just so desperate right now. i feel like i have to do it.

do you have anywhere safe to go or anyone to talk to while you are feeling like this? If the feelings dont go away you really should seek medical help for your safety.
Do you have any idea what triggered this?

I'm sorry you're feeling so low right now. I know there isn't I can say to make you feel better, but please try and stay safe. Is there anyone at all you can call, even if just to distract yourself? If you're really feeling unsafe, you can take yourself to A&E and tell the staff there how you're feeling.

Is there anything that makes you feel safe - watching a certain movie, reading a book, anything like that?

i had an english class. im feeling a bit better now, but i still feel worthless, even though people tell me that im important. i mean whats the point in living? what do i have to offer to other people?

nothing can distract me. when i try to do sth else, i still think of dying.

im feeling better today. not suicidal. maybe it was some phase. i had another one a month ago. they last only for half a day...
