Panic attack?

I'm sitting at my computer listening to music and looking around on RYL when suddenly the room feels too tight and I almost have trouble breathing. I have the craziest, but most frantic desire to throw open the window and run and keep running. I just starting sobbing out of nowhere and I feel scared and I just want to get away.

Do you feel like a man when you push her around?
Do you feel better now as she falls to the ground?
Well I'll tell you my friend, one day this world's going to end
as your lies crumble down, a new life she has found.

I am no professional, but from experience, it does sound like that could have been a panic attack. Try to keep a diary of each time that it happens, what happens and what you were doing when it came on. When you begin to feel like this, try to control your breating - breathe in for 7 seconds and out for 11 seconds and do this until you feel ok again.

God Bless

I passed after about two minutes. It was the first time anything like that ever happened and I wasn't doing anything that could cause it, I don't think..

Any stresses or anxieties on your mind, even at the back of your mind?

It also sounds to me like a panic attack. I'm glad it didn't last too long. [although I know it can feel like forever when they're happening!]
