I went to a&e again as i selfharmed and neede glueing up 3times i did the same yesterday i saw the psych team today and they sent me home but im waiting for a bed in psych as i threatend to end it all they will call wen 1 is available i am going to day hodspital 2moz but im so scared i have been admitted b4 in 2007 but im still scared.

It is understandable that you are scared but i am glad that you have been reaching out for the support of others around you.Do you have any family members that you feel able to talk to about this very difficult time in your life?

Has something triggered these feelings that you have?

Remember there is nothing wrong with getting support from professionals when you are struggling, actually shows that you do want to get better , that you do want to have a happy future.
