just feels pointless im so down right now i dont even know what to say and why like it matters

just so lost and i dnt know what to do im sorry this makes no sense i went to chat but no words came out so i left

i never thought id reach this low again whats the point of trying to come out if this is where i will end up i hate me

It is going to sound trite, I'm afraid but if you have been this low before that implies you have also not been this low. You can fight this hun and trust me I know how difficult this can be. When you find the words hun let us know. Keep posting. In the meantime *plenty of hugs*

im at work at the moment on lunch at the moment i hate i want to go home and lie in bed and watch mindless tv lol im not feeling great and finding it hard to smile sorry i feel like im moaning and im wasting every ones time so sorry
