I am currently:
problems with chat...

when i try to go on RYL chat it just opens the window.....then says authentication failed. happens every time.

anyone got any ideas why?

could it be the "()" in your name that could be causing problems?

Chat doesn't like certain characters, so it's probably the brackets. You can either request a username change or set up a new 'chat' account if you really want to get into chat. :)
