Triggering (OD) - If I take an OD this time, i know it will be the end,but I just cant cope with this anymore

Im sorry your having such a difficult time. Whats happening for you? What is it thats making you want to end your life? Can you talk to us about things some more? Please dont od, its not worth it and its really dangerous.

Please get rid of the pills, so that your not tempted to od even more. Please dont end your life, you can get through this. So many people care about you and they would devastated to hear that you had ended your life. If you feel your going to attempt to take your own life then id advise you to go to A&E. Please dont hurt yourself in any way. I dont want anything to happen to you. Please keep talking to us, im here for you.
