Four weeks free!
I have been free from self-harm for four weeks now after a very long battle...with ups and downs...I'm confident that I want to surrender it now. And i have a better support network to help me now.
Iv'e got great respect for anyone else who is trying to quit...as its very hard...but it will be soo WORTH IT!
